Registrants who are in good standing may apply to change their status from one to the other of the following:

• Inactive Status
• Emeritus Status
• Voluntary Surrender
• Active Status Information on how to return your registration to Active status after being on Inactive or Emeritus status.
• Reinstatement Only a revoked or voluntarily surrendered registration may qualify for reinstatement.
• Cancelled A cancelled registration may not be changed to any other status.
