The Texas Board of Architectural Examiners (TBAE) bases rulings on enforcement cases on the applicable rule in effect at the time of the violation. Individual rules may change between the time a violation occurs and the case is publicized. TBAE publishes a listing of recent violations in Licensing News the bi-annual newsletter.
