The Board meets three or four times every year.  Generally the Board meets in January/February, May (or June, during legislative years), August, and November.  These meetings are open to the public. The Board notebooks and materials for these meetings will be published approximately 7 – 10 days prior to the meetings.  Conference Rooms are located in the Centennial Towers building at 505 E. Huntland Drive, Austin, TX 78752.  This year meetings are scheduled as follows:
