About Sustainable/Energy-efficient Design
By now you probably know about the requirement that one of your twelve continuing education hours each year must deal with sustainable or energy-efficient design. But as a refresher for your memory, here are some details about the new law.
You will need to report that you have completed at least one hour of continuing education in sustainable or energy-efficient design, so now is the time to start thinking about getting that hour.
All in-state and out-of-state registrants must complete this hour. Remember that you can complete up to 4 hours per period by self-directed study, including the sustainable or energy-efficient design requirement and the barrier-free design requirement. For more information about TBAE’s continuing education requirement, please see the FAQs or contact the Continuing Education Coordinator.
